The speaker’s-of-choice lecture will be preceded by an acknowledgement slide: “The scientific programme is sponsored by the (name and logo of the sponsor)” and an acknowledgement sentence pronounced by the chairperson introducing the speaker.

Sponsoring a scientific session
A session contains a keynote lecture, an invited lecture and 3-4 contributed presentations. The sessions and each of the lectures will be preceded by a slide “the session is sponsored by (name and the logo of the sponsor)”. The Keynote and Invited lectures will be preceded by an acknowledgement sentence pronounced by the chairperson.In addition, the sponsor will be acknowledged in the rolling slides during the conference and its logo will be included among the sponsors at the conference website. An opportunity to insert the journal’s A4 leaflet (or any other gadget)  in the conference pack if you wish.
